PeriFarm is committed to fulfilling your orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This policy outlines the procedures for order confirmation, cancellation, and returns, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we generally cannot accept cancellations or modifications to orders once they are confirmed. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
 

Order Confirmations and Cancellations
 

Upon successful order placement , you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This signifies our acceptance and initiation of the fulfillment process.

We recognize that circumstances may change.

Standard Shipping orders offer a 10-minute window for cancellation after placement. To cancel within this timeframe, you can conveniently do so through our online platform or by contacting our dedicated customer service team at perifarmfresh@gmail.com.

Any prepayment made will be promptly refunded in full.
 

Please note: Due to the expedited nature of Express delivery orders, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
 

Product Inspection and Damaged Items
 

PeriFarm prioritizes meticulous packaging and handling to guarantee your products arrive fresh and in impeccable condition. Upon delivery, we encourage customers to inspect the product seal thoroughly for any signs of tampering or damage.
 

In the event you receive a product with a broken seal or visible damage, kindly refuse the delivery. This safeguards your interests and ensures a streamlined resolution process.
Immediately contact PeriFarm's customer service department at perifarmfresh@gmail.com to report the issue. Our professional representatives will promptly investigate the situation and offer a replacement or full refund for the affected item(s).

PeriFarm's Right to Cancel
 

In exceptional circumstances, PeriFarm reserves the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion. We will always strive to notify you promptly and offer a suitable solution in such situations:

Despite our best efforts to maintain accurate inventory levels, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in product unavailability. In these instances, PeriFarm will contact you to offer a substitute product of comparable quality and value, store credit for future purchases on our platform, or a full refund for your order.

Suspected Fraudulent Activity

PeriFarm prioritizes the security of our platform and our customers. If we suspect fraudulent activity associated with a customer's order or a violation of our terms and conditions, PeriFarm may cancel the order and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of our platform. This may include, if necessary, contacting law enforcement authorities.
