PeriFarm, operated by M/s Perril Technologies, is your online destination for fresh, high-quality produce and animal products delivered directly to your doorstep. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeriFarm, as well as your purchase of our Products. By placing an order through PeriFarm, you signify your acceptance of these Terms.

Commitment to Quality and Freshness
 

PeriFarm is dedicated to providing a curated selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. We prioritize sourcing our products from local farms and reputable suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable practices and exceptional quality.  We implement rigorous handling and storage procedures throughout the supply chain to ensure optimal freshness and minimize spoilage.

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, pictures, and weight information for all Products, please note that fresh produce is inherently subject to variations in size, color, or weight. Rest assured that we prioritize freshness and quality above all else.

 

Secure Ordering and Convenient Delivery
 

To place an order on PeriFarm, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid billing and delivery address within our designated service area in Upper Assam Division, Assam.  Browse our extensive selection by category or utilize the search function to find specific items. Add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout to review your order.

We accept a variety of secure online payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security measures to safeguard your financial information.

Your order confirmation occurs upon successful payment authorization. We will promptly send you a confirmation email with your order details. PeriFarm offers delivery within designated areas of Upper Assam Division, Assam. Verify your eligibility during checkout by entering your pin code or address. Delivery fees may apply based on your location and order value. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

We strive to deliver your order within 2-3hours of confirmation for standard shipping and 45 min - 60 min for Express Shipping. However, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or high order volume may cause delays. We will promptly notify you by email or phone call in case of delays and keep you updated on the revised estimated delivery time.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations
 

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we generally cannot accept cancellations or modifications to orders once they are confirmed. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to modify your order due to an error or receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at perifarmfresh@gmail.com within 5 minutes of delivery. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product). We will investigate your claim promptly and offer a replacement or store credit, subject to our review.

 

Competitive Pricing and Product Availability
 

The prices of our Products are displayed on PeriFarm and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, the price of an item will be fixed at the time you place your order.

Product availability can fluctuate due to seasonal variations and supply chain dynamics. We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on PeriFarm; however, there may be instances where a Product you ordered is unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone call and offer a substitute product of comparable quality and price, or a full refund.

 

Warranties and Disclaimers
 

PeriFarm warrants that our Products will be of good quality and fit for their intended purpose. We source from reputable suppliers and adhere to strict handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness. However, due to the inherent nature of fresh produce, we cannot guarantee a specific shelf life.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Fresh produce is a natural product, and there may be variations in size, color, and flavor.

Limitation of Liability
 

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of PeriFarm or the Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products.  We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of PeriFarm or the Products.

 

Intellectual Property Protection
 

The content of PeriFarm, including trademarks, logos, designs, and copyrights, is the property of M/s Perril Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.

 

Product Pricing and Taxes
 

The prices listed on PeriFarm for all products are excluding of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Generally, the price you see at the time of placing your order will be the final price you pay upon delivery. This applies to all products except for the items that are been cut as per weight.

The final price of your fresh food items may differ slightly from the price displayed at the time of ordering.

In such instances, we will either collect any additional charges or issue a refund at the time of delivery to ensure you pay the accurate price for your fresh food.

 

Order Cancellation and Returns
 

Standard Orders: Customers can cancel orders placed online or by phone within 10 minutes of placement and receive a full refund for any prepayment made.

Express Delivery Orders: Due to the expedited processing of these orders, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.

Damaged Items: If you receive a product with a broken seal or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the order. Contact us immediately at [phone number] or [email address] to report the issue. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.

PeriFarm's Right to Cancel
 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in the following circumstances:

Product Availability: If an ordered product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer a substitute product, store credit, or full refund.

Suspected Fraud: If we suspect fraudulent activity associated with a customer's order or a breach of our terms and conditions, we may cancel the order and take appropriate action.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh.
